Do I need a special drill or driver? No. These sockets have a standard 1/2" square hole at the bottom. They fit directly onto any 1/2" drive ratchet, breaker bar, or air impact wrench.
Can I use this on imperial (inch) nuts? This specific set is designed for Metric sizes (17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm). It will not fit Imperial/SAE hex nuts correctly.
What if the nut gets stuck inside the socket after removal? The kit includes a solid metal punch bar. Simply place the socket upside down and tap the end of the bar with a hammer to knock the stuck nut out.
Is this safe for my hands? Yes, but because removing seized bolts requires torque, we recommend wearing gloves and keeping hands clear of the rotating path when using power tools like impact guns.
